During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen in our room and the availability of bedding and towels. The location was also good, close to local attractions and public transportation. we enjoyed the comfortable bed, which allowed us to get some decent sleep.

we were unable to interact with any staff members, which resulted in a lack of guidance and assistance during our visit. our experience was not up to our expectations.

Our stay was fantastic - from check-in to check-out. The location was great, close to everything we needed, including some amazing restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and had all the amenities we required, including a hairdryer and an iron. The bathroom was spotless and well-designed. We especially loved the cosy bedding, which made for a great night’s sleep.

The slow and intermittent wifi, which made working a bit challenging.

Good location near to amenities, with a kitchen and essential utilities provided. the room was clean and the paperwork provide was helpful and informative.

There were some major issues with the room including poor sound insulation between rooms which led to noise disturbances. the poor wifi was a regular problem and there was no staff around to help.
